La Sala Plena decide RECHAZAR las peticiones formuladas, por verificar que el peticionario carece de legitimación en la causa debido a que no actúo en el proceso de constitucionalidad, ni como demandante no como interviniente y, que las pretensiones elevadas por él no están dirigidas a obtener la aclaración o adición en los términos de los artículos 285 y 287 del Código General del Proceso, sino a que se definan diversos aspectos sobre la interpretación y aplicación de la sentencia, lo cual se escapa de la competencia de la Corporación.
